The UK’s most diverse and creatively delivered electronic music event, Glade returns with a bang in 2012. Having endured several well documented venue changes in 2011, the owners of Houghton Hall in Norfolk were so blown away by last year’s event they have thrown open their land and welcomed the festival back. SOCIETY with Robert Owens and Terry Farley - Dalston Superstore - 24/11/11

This installation brings together the silky-voiced Chicago legend with another huge special guest, Terry Farley. DJ, founder of Boy's Own magazine then head of Junior Boys Own Records - in his own right a monumental catalyst in House music past, present and future. Our last two events have seen the Dalston basement transformed into east London's take on Ron Hardy's Muzic Box, with an untouchable atmosphere and the party people jackin' to the sounds of 80's Chicago house ‘til the small hours. Nowhere else can you dance in a cosy basement club with Robert Owens singing and dancing along with you. It may be a Thursday night but the weekend most definitely starts here. BRING DOWN THE WALLS! Date: Thursday 24th November Times: 9pm - 2.30am Entrance: FREE Location: Dalston Superstore, 117 Kingsland High St, London E8 2PB
